FOIA 23-42649-F requested all photos and videos from the trip to Copenhagen, Denmark, on December 18, 2009.
This FOIA primarily contains photographs of President Obama participating at the United Nations Climate Change Summit at the Bella Center. There are photos of President Obama delivering a statement to the press, remarks during the morning plenary, and remarks at a United States Embassy meet and greet. There are photos of President Obama participating in a lunch hosted by Danish Prime Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen, bilateral meetings with Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, and a multilateral meeting with Jiabao, Brazilian President Lula da Silva, Indian Prime Minister Prime Manmohan Singh, and South African President Jacob Zuma. There are also photos of President Obama meeting with staff and foreign leaders between meeting, and photos of arrival, departure, and travel to Copenhagen.
Audiovisual records proposed for opening includes video footage of the United Nations Climate Summit at the Bella Center, including President Obama’s remarks at the morning plenary, statement to the press, bilateral meeting with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, and the Embassy meet and greet. There is also video of President Obama’s movements through Bella Center and his arrival at and departure from Copenhagen.

The Executive Office of the President (EOP) instance of the Electronic Records Archive (ERA) contains electronic records created or received by Obama administration staff. These records are stored in Search and Access Sets (SAS) that represent their originating computer program, such as Exchange Email or the Worker and Visitor Entry System (WAVES). In addition to records captured from the White House’s electronic systems, EOP-ERA also contains records from the home and shared drives used by White House staff.
White House Communications Agency records are processed at the folder/videotape level. While this method maintains folder/videotape integrity, it frequently results in the incidental processing of videotapes that are not wholly responsive to the subject area.
