FOIA 22-26844-F requested materials related to all records regarding, concerning, or related to the January 5, 2017 meeting at the White House between former Director FBI Director James Comey, President Obama, former CIA Director John Brennan, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, and others.
This request includes, but is not limited to, any and all notes, summaries, briefing materials, or other records created in preparation for, during, and/or pursuant to the meeting, as well as any and all related records of communication between any official, employee, or representative of the Executive Office of the President and any other individual or entity, from January 1, 2016 to January 20, 2017. It should be noted that many of the documents in this FOIA have been closed due to National Security classification and/or exemptions of the Freedom of Information Act. An additional portion of classified records related to this request has not yet been processed. Records will be provided as they become available

WHORM Subject and WHORM Alpha Files are processed at the document level. The WHORM Alpha File was compiled by the White House Office of Records Management and is a series of documents arranged by name of persons, organizations, or events. The WHORM Subject File compiled by the White House Office of Records Management is comprised of a series of documents assigned a letter/number combination and filed in a subject category. The Executive Office of the President (EOP) instance of the Electronic Records Archive (ERA) contains electronic records created or received by President Barack Obama. These records are stored in Search and Access Sets (SAS) that represent their originating computer program, such as Exchange Email or the Worker and Visitor Entry System (WAVES). In addition to records captured from the White House’s electronic systems, EOP-ERA also contains records from the home and shared drives used by White House staff.
